After a careful review of our your situation, a proposal will be provided that will either lower the premium for the same coverage, require more premium for more coverage, or in the best case scenario provide more coverage for less premium.  In any of the choices, your policy will have more value and has been tailored to fit your situation.

At renewal, the rates are evaluated again to determine if the premium has increased more than necessary.  If so, the account is requoted and the best option is offered.  As an independent agency our obligation is to you.

Throughout the policy term any questions can be directed to your agent.  We understand that claims do not only happen between 9 to 5 and that you may have questions on evenings and weekends.  Phone lines and emails are forwarded directly to your agent.
